The term "horn" is a Hebrew idiom that represents power. A dynasty or governmental function also represents power. Since governments are all "of the world" and "of man" and since Adam was deceived by Satan in the Garden of Eden all governments of the world are of Satan.

Proof:

Matthew 4:8-9 8 Again, the devil taketh him up into an exceeding high mountain, and sheweth him all the kingdoms of the world, and the glory of them; 9 And saith unto him, All these things will I give thee, if thou wilt fall down and worship me.

Satan could not offer "all the kingdoms" to Jesus if they were not his to offer!

Examples of Satan's use of these dynasties to suppress the true faith:
1. Education		Forbid prayer in school, remove "God" from the pledge of allegiance. While disallowing Christian prayer in school, encourage the study of other faiths.
2. Religion		Introduce false doctrines, traditions of man which make void the word of God. Not teach from the entire Bible but stick only to the New Testament and even then only teach Jesus and salvation rather than God's entire plan.
3. Political		Pass laws that forbid mentioning God in public places. Pass laws that make it a hate crime to teach certain parts of the Bible. Remove any and all religious objects and pictures books from public places.
4. Economic		Use the Internal Revenue Service (tax status) to control what is taught in churches. Keep people busy working to make a living thus reducing their time to think and study God.
